After accepting the application on the nol kyoto sanjo official website, we will place a reservation order for the geisha and maiko. Geiko and maiko are few and rare, so we may not be able to arrange a geisha on your desired date. If arrangements cannot be made, the reservation will be canceled by the hotel within 7 days from the date of acceptance of the application. * In that case, no cancellation fee will be charged for the cancellation of the reservation. If the reservation is not canceled by the hotel after 7 days, the reservation will be confirmed. The hotel will contact you by email as soon as the reservation is confirmed. After making a reservation, a 100% cancellation fee will be charged if you change or cancel the reservation details such as the date and number of people. Due to the schedule of Geiko and Maiko, which are very rare, we may not be able to arrange Geiko and Maiko on the date you wish. If it is impossible to make arrangements Geiko and Maiko, the reservation will be canceled by us within 7 days from the date of receipt of the application. Or if the reservation is not canceled by us after 7 days, the reservation will be confirmed successfully. Once the reservation is completed , a 100% cancellation fee will be charged for any changes to the reservation, such as date or number of people, or for cancellation of the reservation.
